Further to the previous communication giving notice of the upcoming AGM on Thursday 11 February @8pm. As stated, a significant part of the AGM is for the incumbent committee to step down and a new one be elected.
Below are the Club Officials and Team Captain & Manager roles that are up for election. Andy Mottram, Jordan Barker and Chris Childs have advised they will not be standing for re-election this season and we would like to take this opportunity to thank them all for their hard work and dedication over the last few years, they have been integral in moving the Club forward.

In addition to the above roles we are looking for volunteers to help with the below positions to help with the smooth running of the club. These do not necessarily require to be full commitment positions but helping out as and when available.

| Support Welfare Officer | This would require attendance on ECB CWO & Safe Hands course and would be an additional point of contact for members. All Club policies / compliance paperwork would be completed by the Club Welfare Officer. |
| Social Media Manager | We are focusing on increasing our online / social media presence and looking for someone to co-ordinate as a minimum a weekly website article to be pushed across all our social media. Upskilling on the website etc would be given. |
| Junior Co-Ordinator | The Club have long recognised the importance of a successful Junior section for the overall sustainability of the Club. We are working towards a separate Junior Sub Committee and this position is to provide a single point of contact for other clubs, SCB, etc and to allow the coaches to coach. |
| Dynamo Volunteers | Dynamos is an 8 week programme delivering ECB planned sessions to 8-11YOs. You do not have to commit to all 8 weeks but be willing to be on a rota of sorts. The more Volunteers we have the more children we can accept on to the programme thus expanding the Club and our positive impact to our community. |
| All Star Volunteers | As per Dynamos but delivered to 5-8YOs. |
